Estimated Delivery Timeframes: Standard international transit to European destinations generally requires 6 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch. These timeframes are informed projections based on regular courier operations and do not constitute absolute structural guarantees against unexpected regional customs delays or logistical anomalies.
Automated Tracking Communications: To provide administrative transparency, our system automatically dispatches detailed transit updates to the email address provided by the customer at checkout. These notifications occur at key operational intervals: when the order is formally dispatched from our custody, upon arrival at the primary carrier hub, and when the consignment enters the local delivery phase.
Delays & Extended Transit Investigations: In the event that a shipment exceeds the standard expected delivery window, our corporate office will initiate a formal investigation with the respective carrier. Following the official verification and outcome of the courier inquiry, we will consult with the customer to coordinate either a full fiscal reversal (refund) or an expedited re-shipment of the ordered items. - Transfer of Risk & Ownership

The legal risk and responsibility for the goods shall only transfer to the customer at the precise moment when the consumer, or a designated third party other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the delivered products. - Right of Withdrawal & Returns Framework (European Union Customers)
Statutory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable European consumer regulations, customers residing within the European Economic Area possess the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase contract within 14 days from the day on which physical possession of the goods is acquired. To exercise this right, the customer must submit a clear, unambiguous statement via our official email address (indoor@greengantry.com) prior to the expiry of the 14-day period.
Damaged, Defective, or Deficient Merchandise
If an item is received in a damaged condition or exhibits visible functional defects, the customer is requested to contact our customer support team immediately via email within the statutory period.
Evidential Requirements: To facilitate an expedited resolution, the customer must provide clear photographic or video evidence documenting the precise nature of the defect or damage, transmitted along with the original order information to indoor@greengantry.com.
Resolution Protocol: Upon administrative verification of the provided photographic evidence by our team, we will process either a full order refund or arrange for a standard replacement shipment. The customer is not required to return the physically damaged components back to our Singapore headquarters, provided that satisfactory visual evidence has been submitted and formally acknowledged by our corporate office. - Amendments & Customer Communications
